Healthcare professionals face uncertain and risky interactions
Unknown callers
Every call is a blank slate. You answer without knowing who is on the line or how the last visit ended.
Repeated difficult interactions
Payment disputes, no-shows and aggressive behaviour repeat from clinic to clinic because nothing is shared.
No shared interaction history
Each clinic keeps its own notes. The next doctor starts from zero and learns the same lesson twice.
Simple steps. Safer interactions.
Five moments, from the ring of the phone to the record you leave behind for the next doctor.
Patient calls
An unknown number reaches your clinic phone.
Identify
TruePatient matches the number to a verified record.
Understand
Trust score and active flags appear before you answer.
Interact
Consult, treat and bill with the full context in hand.
Rate
Log the interaction in two taps for the next clinic.
Everything you need for informed interactions

Powerful features in your pocket
The same record your clinic sees on the web, on the phone you already carry. Look up a patient between consultations, get alerted before you answer, and log the interaction while it is still fresh.
Built around safety, privacy and responsible use
A shared record only works if it is fair. Every design decision here exists to keep it that way.
Privacy first
Data minimised, encrypted at rest and processed on a lawful basis.
Predefined flags only
Eight fixed categories. No free text means no defamation.
Verified professionals
Only registered doctors and their linked staff can record a rating.
Right to dispute
Patients can contest any entry, and it is reviewed before it stands.
Audited access
Every lookup is logged, so misuse is visible and accountable.
Computed from 6 ratings across 3 verified clinics.
Includes context and evidence for transparency
Every interaction adds value to the community
Ratings are shared responsibly within the healthcare community. Nothing you record is public, and nothing stands on one clinic's word alone.
- 01Ratings stay inside the network
Only verified doctors and their linked staff can see a record. Nothing is published or searchable online.
- 02One rating never defines a patient
The trust score weighs several clinics over time, so a single bad day does not follow someone forever.
- 03Flags expire and can be withdrawn
Older flags lose weight, and the clinic that raised one can remove it after the matter is resolved.

Be confident.
Be protected.

What is TruePatient?
TruePatient is a patient relationship record for verified healthcare professionals. It identifies who is calling your clinic, shows the interaction history recorded by other verified clinics, and lets your team log how a consultation went — using structured flags rather than written reviews.
Who can see a patient's rating?
Only verified doctors and the staff they have linked to their clinic. Records are never published, indexed or made searchable outside the network, and every lookup is logged against the account that made it.
How is the trust score calculated?
The score out of five combines the ratings submitted by clinics with the weight and recency of any active flags. Older entries lose weight over time, and no single clinic can move a score on its own.
Can a patient dispute a flag?
Yes. A patient can contest any entry through a formal dispute. The flag is marked under review, the clinic that raised it is asked for context, and the entry only stands once the review closes.
Why are there no written reviews?
Free text invites opinion, bias and defamation claims. TruePatient uses eight fixed flags instead — payment issue, no-show, aggressive behaviour, fraud or identity, uncooperative behaviour, unrealistic expectations, social media defamation and legal notice.
How do I register my clinic or hospital?
Register as a doctor first, then link a clinic. If your clinic is not listed for your city, you can add it during registration and invite your reception, counsellor and admin staff with the right access for each role.
